wheels. It differs from grinding wheels in its structure. The grinding wheels
use an abrasive to grind very large pieces of material. It is of a workpiece
from a shallow angle. The cutting wheels typically make narrow, and precise
cuts at 90-degree angles. So, cutting wheels are often thinner than grinding
wheels. But they do not have the lateral strength required for side grinding. The
minimal thickness makes them better for clean, and accurate cuts.

machine always uses abrasives, wetting agents, some powder fillers, and
reinforced mesh as the chief raw materials for production. First, the abrasives
are pre-mixed, then add a wetting agent to mix the abrasives evenly, and then
add the powder resin which has been mixed with additional powder filler and mix
them evenly. After screening & removing the powder blocks, the reinforced
mesh will be added with the materials to the form machine for forming. After
heat curing, the wheel becomes a finished product, then lastly it will be
packed and stored in the warehouse.
